Extra-Life 2013

"For the last four years, thousands of gamers have joined together annually to play for 24 hours, for Extra Life - a gaming marathon in support of Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.  Gamers rally friends and family members to sponsor their play.  The funds they raise go to help save and improve the lives of kids at the CMN Hospital in their community.

Since 2008, our incredible players have raised more than 4 million dollars, and this year, on November 2, 2013 we believe they will outdo themselves yet again."     -- (excerpt from extra-life.org)

I am once again participating in Extra-Life this year.  This will be my second year participating and my first year on a team of gamers.  Last year I had a goal of $100 and was able to raise 87% of my goal.  I believe if I had been more prepared I could have easily beaten my goal.  This year I have raised my personal goal to $300.  I have much much more time to raise it this year, and I am hoping to crush my goal.

As you may already know I co-host a podcast, The Dragon Cast.  We have created a team of gamers, all of us striving to raise one overall amount.  The amount we have set is $800, but I would like to see us raise over $1000.  All the proceeds are tax deductible and, as the previous paragraphs stated, go to the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

If you would like to donate, that would be greatly appreciated!!  Or if you're a gamer yourself and would like to get involved, it's easy to join and a lot of fun.  If you would like to join our team you are welcome to, as long as you are determined to do your part in raising the money!  Our team is named "The Dragon Cast", so when you register just check our team as the team you wish to join.

If you do join us, please send us an email and let us know; also tell us a little about yourself:
- what you like to play
- what you plan to play for the event
- any gamer iDs
We like to keep an active team, even during the event itself, so pass along your skype iD if you'd like.

You can email us with any question at the following emails...
